Removal of a front tire on a boulevard c50
your going to need a motorcycle lift or another way to get the front wheel off the ground and hold the bike safely. then remove the capiler from the front forks. once that is done. remove the cap to axle bolt and some have a second hold down bolt. my vl1500 has two bolts. 1 for the axle and a second to hold it in place. when removing the axle becareful to remember the location of the inserts for spacers. they can only go one way or the tire will bind up. might be a good idea to label the spacers with a maker and use an arrow to know which way it was pointing to help when putting it back together. and when you get the caliper off I use a screw driver to move the pads apart to make it easy to pull the caliper out of the way. when its back together. pump the brake handle a couple times to build the pressure up and seat the brake pads again. if not you wont have brakes when you try to stop.

All you do is turn the key to the open position and then remove the cap as you normally would. Some do have a spring that make you hold the key in the open position as you turn it.

How to remove the front tire of a suzuki c50
Rather than try and answer your question since I'm not exactly sure whether you want to remove the "TIRE" or the "WHEEL" of your motorcycle, (I do realize that you stated TIRE in your question), I'd recommend you click on this link
www.motorcycleforum.com/showthread.php?t=86436
and then click on "Join". Register as a user. It's free. Anything you want to know about your bike will be available on this site either as a downloadable service manual, instructions for modifications, parts for sale, and a chat forum with others that ride and repair your specific motorcycle. This is a wonderful site. I have been a member with every bike I have ever owned and found it amazingly helpful.

Blinkers not working
It's unlikely to be a fuse but they should be located under the seat or beside the battery. Personally I'd start with the bulbs. if they're okay then check for power going to the handlebar switch as the connections often get bunged up. Fiddle around with the loom for a bad connection, then maybe the flasher relay (small silver coloured box with spade connections beside the battery). If it's none of the above then possibly a broken wire along the loom, check continuity with a multimeter.

How to replace a starter motor for 2005 boulevard c50.
Pretty straight forward. Disconnect the negative at the battery. Note the wires on the starter, disconnect them and unbolt the starter, and pull it out. There usually are not any shims or spacers, although they do put them in at the factory to make up for inconsistencies. I would install the new one with any shims or spacers. If there aren't any don't worry about it. Bolt the new one in, reasonably tight, a rule of thumb is tight with a 3/8 ratchet or hand wrench holding it midway. It's not an aircraft carrier so it doesn't have to be as tight as tight can go.
Reconnect your negative cable and you're good to go.

Electrical system/start doesn't fire up. Main fuse and battery and connections are good.
Other than a dead battery, most problems are caused by battery cable connections and the neg. cable connection to the frame. Next to check are relays. (Review your owner's manual for type and location). Pull relays and re-seat. That may help. Then check the key switch. You'll need a good multimeter to test circuits.
Some newer motorcycles' electrical functions are controlled by microchips inbedded on circuit boards. The only fix is to replace.
