Mine used to do and after the shop had it a different days without finding a solution. I asked someone who used to own his own shop, who said to add a new ground, I did and I have not had the issue since. My fuel pump would lose power after the bike got warm. Maybe this wil help. jaxeagle

You can adjust the tension on the level 1 thru 4 or 5 depending on tif it is stock or aftermarket. The same goes for the brake lever. Other adjustments would required removing engine covers on kickstand side of bike. jaxeagle
Outer part of read disc / rotor for brakes is very
Hello,
The rotor on your motorcycle is a full floating rotor and the outer portion is supposed to " float ". It normally has side to side play and the rivets have some play forward and backward. If your bike has a lot of miles and the brakes have been used heavily, the rotors may become very loose and make noise. I have never heard of any failure in normal conditions and the rotors may be fine but I would recommend a qualified technician look at the brake just for safety.
Thanks and I hope that this helps.

Battery was dead so i
check main fuse and if that is good - make sure the battery is in fact holding a good charge. there is a chance that the soleniod is bad, but I would still look at the battery and fuse first. ( motorcycle batteries are some of the most unreliable batteries out there ).

I have a 2006 c90t,
There are aftermarket products that allows you to take off your air filter and you can apply ram air. This will give you more power, however it is then a matter of time before you will be rebuilding your engine, small particales will get in and damage your valves. K&N makes by far the best air filters. I would say even better than stock. I personally tested a suzuki hyabusa in a dyno run with a stock air filter vs. a k&n filter, this was the only change and on the charts received 13 more horse power with k&n than with stock. That was with out tune or exhaust.
Bellow is a link where you can purchase a filter that will fit right in your factory box and you wont have to modify anything. I'm not sure with this particular model however a lot of k&n filters come with a million mile waranty.

Suzuki C90 Won't Start
Check your battery cables, especially the ground cable. Check your ignition switch for loose wires/connections. Check your fuse box. Check your wiring harness for shorts and broken wires.
When you say "battery seems to have plenty of power" what does that mean? What test(s) did you perform on it?
FRT END SHIMMEY 32 - 43 MPH
Have you had both tires replaced and balanced? Is the rim bent, is the shocks worn? Is the front brake cable to tight or pads worn?

Hook Voltage meter to battery while bike is running should show around 14volts around 1000RPM if not something bad in charging system
Oil change
As your sitting on the bike , it will be on the Right side, behind the Chrome cover (two bolt), will be a black cap next to your Main Fuse box
How and where do you change the oil and filter for
Run engine to warm up, Make sure bike is level and safe! drain plug is under at the back of engine, oil filter is a spin on located at the front under the battery box, fill plug is on right side behind small chrome cover (fuse box cover) it should hold approx 4.5 qts, make sure oil is specific for Wet Clutches and a 10W40, personally I use Mobile One 4T full synthetic, fill to top line on sight window
I cant get any power to my fuse box does it have
