Cooling system diagram for 2005 suzuki boulivard

You didnt state which boulevard you have. The C50 model has a reserve coolant tank located under a large chrome cover on the left side to the rear of the engine below the painted frame cover. The S50 model is a closed system that has a non fillable reserve tank located in the neck of the frame. This model requires removing the radiator cover and radiator cap to verify radiator is full.

S50 wont start

Not sure if your bike has it but some have a kickstand switch. It is a safety feature that does not allow you to start your bike until you have raised the kickstand.

Loosen the throttle cable on a 2008 boulevard

Hi There,if possible screw in the connection at the throttle, both connections are used to make the adjustment, (open & return) it's the most accessible point, if this does not work then it's the carb end which as you know can be very difficult to get to, also consider rerouting the cable (if you have ever had it off the bike) it may now not be in the exact same position as original.

Tire wearing out on one

If you take a long trip ,like driving across South Dakota on I90 and there is a crosswind, you will drive 400 miles with the bike leaning at an angle. If your tires are soft you will see wear off center of the tread. If you are lucky enough to drive back with the crosswind blowing from the same direction as before ( for example from the north both times) then you will wear out the other side so the tire shape is more even.

Have a 05 650cc Suzuki

First get the carbs and jet cleaned and then check. As you mentioned, that choke has to be pulled out, then only it runs smooth, other wise its backfires and runs rough,.This indicates towards low fuel issue, the dirty carb and jets..There can be a vacuum leak issue. Make sure that there are no blockages in the gas tank, petcock, fuel filter, fuel lines, or carburetor. You may even want to clean your carbs again and pay close attention to fuel passages and float valves. Then check for vacuum leaks. The most likely place is the carb boots going to the inlet area of the motor. The intake manifolds may be dry rotted. This needs to be checked.------------ this will help.Thanks.Helpmech.

Bike has power and gas.

dead battery. Can you jump the battery? If not, remove the battery and jump to the cables. Start the bike and carefully reinstall the battery. If you have a meter, check the voltage at the battery while engine is running. Should be 14-15 volts. If less, your charging system has failed.

Where is the rectifier located on my 2004 suzuki katana 600

Behind the radiator on the left side. It is the device with cooling fins, even though the electronic parts are embedded in rubber paste. The location isn't ideal and sudden defects leave people stranded so what people do is relocate the regulator/rectifier to a cooler place. Perhaps to the air inlet, under the air filter. Follow the three, mostly, yellow cables that originate from the stator when you don't find it behind the radiator.

Why my Suzuki TF 125 losses power in the midway? What are the causes for such loss of power?

What do you mean by "Midway"? How old is this motorbike? What exactly did you do to clean the carburettor? Is it a new spark plug and a new, clean air filter? Did you empty the fuel tank to remove the fuel tap to clean the filter on the inside of the tap? Is it doing anything else? Things like - is it hard to start, has heavier exhaust smoke or it has a rough and uneven idle.
