My 06 gsxr 750 will not start. New battery,

if the bike will not turn over you mean it doesnt crank? because if it doesnt crank over then its a starter issue and could be a simple as a blow fuse, but then why did the fuse blow? ( starter going bad)..... or it could be the starter solenoid itself, and this is where i believe you might find the fuse. response feedback appreciated.

Running hot

either a clogged radiator or your water pump is not functioning. this is assuming you have the correct level of coolant in the system and no leaks.

My 09 Gsx-R 600 is having problems. i recently

According to the suzuki guys, there is no "D" code, it is a speedo error, and the problem lies within the damaged left side. It says that the speed sensor is in there, along with a couple other things. I would pull the cover off again and look for the slightest damage to wires there, and then follow them. Hope this helps.

I have took all the leads off from coil to plugs

Usually two coils, (standing by the seat looking forward) left coil usually cyl 2 and 3 (middle ones), right oil 1 and 4 (outer ones left and right), you'll get an idea which lead goes where when you offer up the coils as they are a certain length / bent a certain way.

My 97 suzuki gsxr 1100. start but that is it Help.

Rebuild the top end? Run screaming from that shop. The fact that they said they couldn't sync the carbs should have been your first clue. I would have been suggesting a fuel problem anyway but take it to a shop that knows what it's doing and you should be fine but you will probably have to replace th spark plugs because of the fuel problem.
