Gsxr 600 2008 brake light

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

There are only 2 switches involve to activate the brake light. Disconnecting both one a time would help you determine which is faulty if ever. In some instances, it would be a pinched wire pair going to the front brake lever.

Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.

How do i remove the stock headers from a 2008 gsxr 600

Remove an and all bolts that connect the radiator to the frame. Remove the fan and temp sensor wire clip. drain coolant and remove hoses. Radiator will come right out. As for the exhaust. you can remove it without taking out the radiator but its very difficult. Good luck!

F1 on the instrument panel

FI indicates a problem with the fuel injection system. You will have to have the computer codes read to determine exactly what the problem is.

Motorcycle running a little hot

The fan comes on around 212, when you put a full exhaust, the bike needs more fuel it needs a remap. They say that the stock computer can be flashed but you need a power commander and a BMC race air filter

I had my bike out for a while and it ran great..i

It probably has nothing to do with the lay down. "FL" stands for Fuel Injection. The on board computer that monitors the injector system has detected a problem. It could be a partially plugged injector, weak fuel pressure in one cylinder, trouble in the fuel mapping at the mid-range, any one or more of about 21 different things. You will need to take it to the dealer and have them read the system to find the problem(s).

How can I increase horsepower in a 2007 600CC

After market air cleaners are a start. If you are serious about more HP then get a full race cam for the bike. Hold tight to the handlebars.

2008 suzuki GSX 1000 motorcycle indicates on

FI = Fuel Injection. The FI computer is telling you that it has detected a problem and the code for that problem is "C13". Telephone your dealer and ask what that code C13 indicates is wrong. Then you can determine if you want to try the fix, i.e. "clean the air filter", or if the shop must do it, i.e. "# 3 injector is restricted".

03 gsxr1000, stalls when down shifting, F1 light

The FI light is an alert to you that the computer has found a Fuel Injection problem in the engine. The dealer can read the code and tell you what is wrong. You can then decide to have them fix it or do it yourself.

The bike hasnt been started in a few months. i go

Sounds like your injectors are clogged up. Run some injector cleaner in the gas tank, and ride it as best you can. Repeat till the problem goes away. Sometimes a tank or two should do it.
