Out riding today on my 2014 triumph Bonneville t100 out of nowhere a loud ticking sound coming from cam cover area. Increases with throttle and stops on deceleration. Any ideas?

Valve gear generally does not produce load sensitive noises - because the load on these components do not vary in normal use. A load dependent noise is usually produced by a component that is subjected to varying loads - piston, piston rings, connecting rod bearings, etc. I suggest you treat yourself to a mechanics stethoscope or sonascope in order to more closely listen to your engine and attempt to pinpoint the source of the ticking noise.

I have a triumph 2014 rocket and I don't ride it much, but I had it serviced last year, oil change etc.

Most modern motorcycle engines have an oil level sensor which prevents the engine from starting when the oil level is below a safe operating level. In some engines, the switch will also turn the engine off when it is running.

My triumph Daytona 675 2006 battery goes flat if I don't use it for a week

Are you sure this battery is in good condition, have it tested. I also advise you buy a battery maintainer, they will triple the life of motorcycle batteries which seldom last more than 2 years at best.

What is the correct NGK spark plug for my 1967 Triumph Tiger

I get two numbers..., L6G or a L82C Champions the L is the reach (1/2") and the numbers are the heat range.. On a Champion spark plug the lower the number the COLDER the spark plug.. the higher the number the hotter the spark plug,, If you look at the spark plug hole, you should be able to tell if the length of the threads in the head are about 1/2" deep..I would start with the L6 if you can get it.. if it runs without fouling.. keep running it.. if it fouls..looks black and sooty.. go to the L82.
