Where is the fuse box on triumph Dayton edition
Hi There,
There are two fuseboxes on this bike. The front fuse box is located unde rthe left hand cockpit infill panel. The rear fuse box is located inder the passenger seat. (to access this the riders seat also needs to be rmoved.
To allow access to the front fuse box, the left hand cockpit infil panel must be removed.
Hope this helps.
Engine light an oil light how do make go away
Take it to a dealer and get it checked or just cover the lights and let the engine blow up. I would take it in a van or on a trailer if I were you. (Check the engine oil level first though)
Cranks but won't start, got gas. I don't know
my gess is the bike has been stood up over the winter??? if so then its more than likely its just dirty whireing joints a comon fult in bikes,,,,take the tank off and look for every whireing joint you can find pull one at a time apart and clean it with switch cleaner spray,,,then put some vasaline in the joint to keep out the wether and water,,, you will find out were the fult is this way,,,but only "ONE" plug at a time please
or you will end up with what looks like a motor bike in a heep of spaghetti with lots of loos ends????
Thanks to 'Double Clutch', more info
If the rear tire is bolted down and torqued properly then the chain should not move the rear tire. Try taking the chain off the bike completly and if you can remove the sprocket cover and run the bike and maybe see what going on. Check the chain links while it is off to see if they move freely.
Where can I find an exploded diagram of the rear
If it goes away when you pull the clutch in then I would think it something to do with the engine but i could be wrong there. Can you put the bike on a jack and put it in gear and maybe find out what going on. Let me know what you find out. You got me wondering.
Daytona 600 exhaust question
If it bolts up, it will fit. The bolt pattern at the inlet is what you have to look at, not the shape of the can.

1997 triumph daytona 955i. Battery. Is not charging while im riding it. Why ??
There are several possible reasons why the battery on your 1997 Triumph Daytona 955i may not be charging while you are riding it:
- The battery may be faulty. If the battery is not holding a charge or is not functioning properly, it will not be able to charge while you are riding the motorcycle.
- The charging system may malfunction. The charging system is responsible for supplying power to the battery while the motorcycle is running. If the charging system is not functioning properly, the battery will not be able to charge.
- The voltage regulator may be malfunctioning. The voltage regulator is a component of the charging system that regulates the voltage supplied to the battery. If the voltage regulator is not functioning properly, the battery may not be able to charge.
- The battery cables or connections may be loose or damaged. If the battery cables or connections are loose or damaged, the battery will not be able to receive a charge.
To troubleshoot the problem, you should start by checking the battery to see if it is functioning properly. If the battery is not the issue, you will need to check the charging system and voltage regulator to see if they are functioning properly. If the problem persists, it is recommended that you have the motorcycle inspected by a qualified mechanic. They will be able to diagnose the problem and recommend the appropriate repairs.
