What is the amp and
all 12 volt systems should have no more then 14.5 volt, and no less then 12.0 votl, unless your cranking the bike then it can dip below to an 8 volt, then it should level back out to a constant 12volt at an idle. while running it should not get above 14.5 volt as this will back feed the system and burn componets up.

you should have no problems when using that charger to charge your battery -- ( 2200mA = 2.2amps), this is a safe charge rate.

If you are putting the bike in gear while it is running, and the drive shaft is spinning but the cycle is not moving forward, then you have a broken or stripped gear in the final drive. Try draining the hypoid gear oil and open the fill cap to inspect for damage and metal chips.Your best option is going to be to replace the final drive assembly. You may be able to purchase all the parts to rebuild the old one , but all the bearings and gears may cost as much as the whole assembly.A good option may be to look for a good used one.

Yes it indicates towards clogged injectors but also the other possibility
a carburetor issue. First try using the drain screw on the carburetor this would allow any condensation (water) to exit that might be causing the problem. If that doesn't fix it I would check the air filter is in good shape and attached properly next.As you mentioned that bike been parked and not started for long periods? If so the gas may have gone bad. Before you take the carbs apart, drain all the old gas out of the tank and from the carb float bowls. Put in some fresh gas and try again If you are still having the same trouble you might need to rebuild the carbs. Try an adjustment on the air-fuel mix first. The bike will only run with the choke fully engaged which is shutting down the air supply to the air-fuel mix by way of closing the butterfly valves. With the choke disengaged, too much air is going into the mix. If bike wasn't stored correctly for winter. Use seafoam to stabalize the fuel. Do the idle adjust. Open the throttle while turning
the adjust clockwise until you could let go of the throttle.
Get all this checked. The dealer cost depends on the problem. It can be near to $100 .

Use motorcycle oil. It should have the JASO MA rating on the bottle . Do not use any oil that says Energy Conserving on the label , it will shorten the life of your wet clutch and transmission gears(wrong additives). Use 10w-40 for colder climates and 20w-50 for warm climates/touring. Synthetics will help your bike run cooler and shift easier. Amsoil and Mobile 1 make good motorcycle oil. Yamaha full synthetic (all there oil) is kind of expensive. Suzuki has a 15w-50 full synthetic that is reasonable ($7 a quart last time I got it)

The slow circuit/slow jet and carb body passageways are plugged or dirty. You should remove the carb , take it apart and clean it. Once you have cleaned the old gummy gas out of the carb it should work fine.
Bik is fuel injected and
not sure what the climate is that you are in but add a 1/4 to a half bottle of gas line anti-freeze to the gas tank. sounds like you may have water in your fuel and this will absorb the water.

not sure of what bike you have but tapping noise can be from excess valve clearance, rattle under accelleration could also be piston noise or worst possibility is big end failing.
cam chain will rattle at low speed and tend to dissapear under accelleration
What is the coils voltage
Hi.
The coil output voltage is not fixed. The peak output voltage will be approximately 20000 volts. The coil is tested reading Ohms to ensure it has continuity. Ignition is tested reading Volts in to the coil.

with all things being equal on just about any vehicle being it car, truck or bike. just about everything is measurable with a tool or by some easy means except fuel injectors. Once everything has been checked out including vacuum leaks,, which is the, most common reason for a fuel injection misfire. Once every avenue has been exausted the only logical conclusion is you have fuel injector that is spitting, or partially clogged so the fuel is not vaporized enough to burn until your at higher revs. Most all fuel injectors have a screen on the inlet side and its possible you just need to clean and blow it out. You could rotate the injectors if possible to see if the misfire follows the injector, that is if you can detemine which cylinder is misfiring. Also fuel injectors can be tested for ohms. They should be about the same give or take 2 ohms max with the connector off it.
