yes pull the rear wheel no way to take the tire off if it is on the bike

sounds like the starter needs to be rebuilt either a broken wire or the brushes are shot look for a video on you tube on rebuilding starter

you will probably need to clean the carb there is a you tube video on how to remove and clean

might be a simple cable adjustment, clutch handle should have about 1/8 inch play before it grabs

look at clutch diagram,is it u fix or put it on the correct sistem?mostly wrong part is added or not added make this prob..

It needs 800ml( a quart ) of lubricant, don't forget to clean or replace the oil filer.

Take off the clutch cover and you'll see all the gear...

unscrew top of carb. off, remove straight up, pull spring up, get hold of cable, push in & over. cable comes out. some models has a retaining clip u take out first

If its a 2 stroke, yes normal. If it's hugely excessive, drain the fuel and mix the proper ratio of fuel to 2 cycle oil and refill tank with the proper mix.

Put the bike in a high gear, take out your plug, put the bike on a stand then try to roll the rear wheel. If the wheel rolls, and you can feel air chugging out of the spark plug hole, the piston is moving up and down, and it is not locked up.

jets need ajusting but seem ok without a load

it is possibly a breather hose and shouldn't be connected to anything. just tied up somewhere under the seat or frame.

check for air leak where carb meets intake manifold.air cleaner element must be in good condition and prpoerly seated.

float niddle might be stuck

to spoke a rim is no simple task. you will need some one to show you in person. most bike shops are lucky to have one person who knows how to do it properly

gear selector may be jammed inside the casing or broken
check that the shifter is tight on the shaft!
check clutch adjustment
try rocking bike back n forth without using clutch while you try ******* the gear lever it may come unstuck
but get it looked at if it frees up!
