check to make sure your plugs arent fouled. the last bike i had did that to me, fine in the morning and when i went to leave for work in the afternoon the bike ran like **** for a few seconds and shut off. i took the bike back to where i bought it and they replaced the plugs. ran fine after that.

You need a top end rebuild, check and replace piston rings, check and replace valve seals. check your fuel filter for or fuel lines for kinks,you may also check the grade of fuel

you have a damn big hole in the tyre
