Yamaha 4 stoke runs good up to half throttle. runs 7000 rpms

This can be caused by a multitude of things. Firstly you will need a manual. I do not seem to have a freebie available but you can have a look, maybe one of them will do the job. http://www.carlsalter.com/motorcycle-manuals.asp .
I would start with making sure the air- cleaners were functioning correctly, if in doubt, change them. Your problem sounds more like a choking one. Cleaning the carbs could be a good idea anyway, but you have to know what you are doing, and it is always good to put a new gasket kit in when re-assembling.

My yamaha warrior was sitting for about a yr wont start

Clean the cab, the pilot jet is not allowing enough fuel through so when you turn the choke off there is too much air and not enough fuel in the fuel mixture causing it to die.

When engaging clutch, the bike

Could be that your plugs are bad. Bad plug wires will also hinder proper spark. Very low compression will cause this (worn rings / valve seals) as well as an unballanced fuel to air mixture. If you have multiple carbs it could be that carb syncronization needs work. Also. if your clutch is grabbing (which is unlikely) this can add to the problem. Hope this helps :)

Can you have *** on

Hi again Kristy, you must be really busy this evening, it is quite possible to do that on a auto quad but i recommend it be on smooth surface if riding the quad, the female would need to be on the bottom with legs firmly on the rear guards, hands on the riders biceps, this is the best stable position, the male will be on top with hands on the steering wheel and have full control of the bike, this is on a auto quad, i hope this helps you out. There are other positions but always start from the basics and work your way up, please remember always wear protection :))

It is possible to remove

Yes it is, you can pull the fiberglass out of there, but it doesn't change the sound at all. It is just a heat shield, the internals have to be cut to change the sound, if that is what you are after. I tried it with my bike. I had to wrap it back up and put it back, the heat was unbearable. Stock aluminum pipes. Check it out.
