The tungsten of my headlight is always burned.
Check the output voltage of your alternator, it seems to be high resulting in your problem. It should not exceed about 14.5 volts max for a 12 volt system. Have it checked and set by an auto electrician.

hello, check and see if plug is firing a blue color, if not you may need a stator-pickup coil, i have a 2000 warrior, it is firing, orange and white color, stator neede to be replaced, pickup coil was going out, also check ign coil, these have a problem with getting weak after a while. most likely it is your stator pickup coil, no blue fire from plug, no running the motor. my stator pickup coil was going out. no blue fire from plug, i was told by a yamaha mechanic, no blue fire from plug it will not run, has to be blue, not orange or white looking fire.make sure carb is clean and all jets inside are clean, and air passage ways

Hi and welcome to FixYa,
Initially, a couple of checks:
- is there sufficient compression - compression test;
- is there suction - cover the carb in port with the palm of your hand, when starting, it should be wet with fuel;
- determine if fuel is reaching the sparkplug / combustion chamber;
- condition of the intake reeds;
- excess 2T oil in the crankcase - clean, air dry.
Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.
How do i change from kilometres to miles on a
the speedo is only set in mph but yamaha use the same speedo on the xtx and the speedo is run off the brake discs they are differant sizes so you must be set to the xtx.
what you need to do disconect the battery (under the seat)leave for a bit and you should have ENDURO and NTARD flashing on the speedo (ENDURO IS FOR THE XTR AND THE NTARD IS FOR THE XTX) JUST TURN THE KEY WHEN IT SAYS ENDURO IT SHOULD RESET.

Bike hasn't been used for about 3 months during
Just an idea....It sounds like an issue at the carb. Your float could be stuck or sometimes dirt and "****" settles into the bottom of the bowl and gets carried away when you drain the bowl. If the bike has been 'tipped' over hard a couple of times this 'dirt' will become dislodged and end up...anywhere.
So first just clean the carb and make sure you set the float bowl. Let us know if this helps.

2002 Zuma starts, runs for 1 to 2 minutes then shuts off.
There is a very good chance your fuel tank vent is plugged. This causes basically a vapor lock thus no fuel is able to reach the carburetor or fuel system. By letting the bike sit you are essentially letting fuel get through the system enough to let it run for a few minutes. So check for pinched vent tubes, this happens frequently after you have a routine service performed and the tank is removed.
Good luck and let me know if this helps you.

Hi Benjamin, congratulations on your innovative bamboo exhaust! Like most inventors, you are going to have to experiment - if you are using the original header pipe and expansion chamber, it shouldn't be too far from the stock settings. Buy a couple of jets in single size increments up from the stock size and se how you get on.
