If it runs, but is not putting out power, the first link shows that it has a Trip Switch which may needs resetting. The second link has a manual, but it is very small to try and read but presumably, you have a paper copy. They often have a fuse as well.

Things that cause low compression:
burnt valves
holed pistons
badly blown head gaskets
incorrect use of compression tester

What does the compression read?

call Husqvarna about a possible recall, ore requst warranty service for your unit.

Check your piston is still connected to the piston ram they can come apart and piston stays at front of chamber whilst the ram moves

bought in the UK? youn need to turn it upside down to work here and pull the wool off its eyes when in NZ

check that the battery is fully charged on AC before running it on DC. That can give you erratic directions if not fully charged and coinstantly dying. The pull is greater than the reserve charge input.
TomTom Claim ww warranty but its not quite true! The only place in NZ is Auckland from memory and it ould take up to 30 days.
