How do you remove starter motor on 1986 Harley Davidson Softail Custom

First, DISCONNECT THE BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL!!!! Drain primary fluid, remove outer primary cover. On the bolt holding the starter gear on, flatten the tab on the lack washer, and remove the bolt. I use a flat blade screwdriver behind the gear, and hold it out to engage the teeth of the clutch shell to keep it from turning while undoing bolt. If you're completely removing starter, undo the wiring going to it. If you just need to move it a little out of the way, you might be able to leave the wires attached. Remove two bolts holding starter to back side of inner primary cover. Pull starter out, turning as necessary to clear.

Battery keep going dead

If the battery is dead after starting then you have a short in the starting system. If it only starts when you jump it, and I'm assuming your using a car to do this, then it sounds like the starter is using an unusual amount of current to start and is defective. A shorted starter will drain a battery instantly, but make sure the positive cable is not shorted to the frame anywhere first.

I lost my key to 01 gsxr600 and need to know how to hotwire my bike

Well you can just cut the wires to the ignition switch and intall a toggle switch. However, you will need a schematic to know how to attach the wires to the new switch.

08 gsxr turned off while idling and wouldn't turn back over

When the engine is idling, the alternator is not charging. Starting the bike will drain a weak battery. A fast idle (1000 rpm or so) will quickly recharge the battery. If the battery is dead and the alternator is not charging the bike will not run. Check the connections at the battery. Remove and clean them. Check the main fuse and all other fuses. (The temp indication may be a false reading due to other problems.)

could be an inline filter inside the fuel line from the tank, this can block over time and totally restrict fuel to motor.

I recently bend my clutch rod at that time fluid was coming out from the clutch rod hole..it may be low because now at a good speed in 6th gear it feels like a its sipping for fluid and starts to tug.

have you replaced the clutch rod and seal if it was leaking before it may be low on fluid ,did a small ball bearing come out of the hole when you removed the shaft and if it did ,did you replace it ,to bend a clutch rod there is useally a problem before that ,this maybe a good time to take it to your bike dealer for a inspection as there could be a underlying problem that will only get worse .i hope this helps

Engine keeps rolling over but it wont start. What must i do?

Check the fuel, old fuel can degrade and become useless. Has the bike a fuel tap and has it gone onto reserve. Make sure the engine kill switch is in run position. Remove a spark plug and see if you have a spark by refitting it into the cap and touching the thread to the engine. Please use a thick glove to avoid a shock. Do you have to operate the clutch lever to start the bike my 2005 Suzi SV works this way. If you do have to depress the clutch lever it may be the switch that the lever operates has got sticky or failed.
