2006 GZ125 Valve Clearance *update

not a car , moved you to MC MARAUDER! right? NO YEAR TOLD AT ALL. oops. bad that. 2007 is last I think. buy the service manual and read what 1L+5S error code means my guess is fuel pressure dead. and filters this are packed in gunk and or bad gas there. it will start using test fuel spray , but stalls in 3 seconds. due to FI fuel injections are dead. fuse bad. or any of all things FI uses to inject can be bad, even crank sensor. etc. buy the manual read the FI chapter and that code (errors) causes, fuses blown. bad fuel ,and the results of that clogged fuel filters and injector. bad fuel pump or clogged or pump or relay bad. bad sensors to EFI, CMP or CKP any bad input to ECU will do this (fail) 1998 to 2007, early were CARB fuel and manual easy to find the 2007 has TBI throttle body injection like 1990 cars had all this can fail.\ I see all parts here. Check the gear lever isnt stiff or seized.

Have the carb serviced.

I would look for a linkage problem. Some Suzuki bikes have 2 clamps on the linkage, The second can be seen from under the bike only.

Pull the plug, insert a small wooden dowel into the cylindar and rotate until the piston is at top which is indicated by the wood dowel no longer rising, then check the tdc mark.

Have you changed your Exhaust on your Motorcycle? There is a Cable that goes from the Flap. This happened to my GSXR

Bad battery or bad ground

It's probably not the flasher. Check the wiring to the tail light and flashers. Be sure all of the flasher bulbs are good.

check the ht lead has not split

Maybe- are the diameter of the fork legs the same and are the fork leg measurements the same centre to centre? Its possible but hard to answer with out the above information.

Face the fuel valve 12 o'clock is ON, 9 o'clock is off, 3 o'clock is reserve. ,

The first thing that comes to mind is that the new clutch cable is not the correct length (too long). Did you compare the old one with the new one? When you pull in the clutch lever you should be able to see the clutch release lever at the transmission move. If the lever is not moving then the cable is too long or needs adjustment.

I'm sorry to say you may have a big end failure, (the large bearing that holds the connecting rod onto the crankshaft).The disintegrating roller bearing parts may have entered the barell and piston area. If so then the damage to both parts will be very serious. A very expensive repair job.Your spark plug may have debris on it that will confirm my thoughts. Pete

if it is only slightly overfilled it will not damage anything but if youneed to drain some then remove the oil drain bolt .

TRIED USEING A COAT HANGER THIN PIECE OF METAL BEND IT TO SHAPE AND CATCH LATCH/PRY OPEN REPLACE LATCH AND OR SEAT ETC.

Your Suzuki dealer may be able to provide you a duplicate key based on your serial number.
