1986 Suzuki Intruder Vs 700 won't shift when running
More information please. What EXACTLY is it doing? Slack clutch lever? Stuck clutch lever? Crunching or grinding as you try to shift? Grabbing and stalling as it selects the gear?
Start at the clutch lever. Check it is pulling the cable then check at the transmission end that the cable is connected and moving with the lever. Next check the lever on the actual transmission. Does it seem too tight or too slack? These will give clues as to where the issue could be.
It's a 37 year old bike so is it the original Clutch? Even motorcycle clutches wear out.

Where is the ECM and/or igniter located on 2005 suzuki boulevard vz1600 m95
The ECM (Engine Control Module) on a 2005 Suzuki Boulevard VZ1600 M95 is typically located under the seat, near the battery. The igniter is typically located near the spark plugs. It is recommended to refer to the owner's manual or a repair manual for the specific location of these components on your motorcycle.
Need to know how to install a ignition switch for my 2000 gz250 Suzuki Marauder
1. Start by disconnecting the negative battery cable from the battery.
2. Remove the screws that hold the ignition switch in place and then remove the switch from its mounting bracket.
3. Disconnect the wiring harness from the back of the ignition switch and then remove it completely from the motorcycle.
4. Install the new ignition switch in its mounting bracket, making sure to line up all of the screw holes with those on the bracket.
5. Securely tighten all of the screws to ensure a tight fit.
6. Reconnect all of the wiring harnesses to their respective terminals on the back of the ignition switch, making sure that each wire is connected to its correct terminal and that all connections are secure and tight.
7. Re-connect the negative battery cable to its terminal on the battery and test out your new ignition switch to make sure it is working properly before you take your motorcycle out for a ride!

1977 gs750 low compression
1977 gs750 MOTOR CYCLE
OK LETS DO THIS RIGHT. (DONe IT 1000S TIMES)
not told at all if#2 keeps changing radically\
yes if those reading are real engine fails.
1: the valve lash must be loose .at TDC firing. or fails.
if tight at TDC fire, it will fail. yes and burns up valves too. !!!!!!]
there must be lash, rule #1 all engines unless with NO HLA's
IF LOC, I DENVER SAY SO AND WE DO ALTITUDE CORRECTIONS, ASK, OR ASK ANY PILOT.
2: throttle must be open, no air , no joy, can not compress a vacuum. during the test
3: are you kick cranking it ?
4: kick it until the needle is stops rising <peak it.
5: ;are you in Denver or at sea level.? hummmmmmmm we do altitude corrections easy/
6: if all about is good and compression wrong 100 and repeats
we add oil to #2 spark hole and repeat the test
if goes good, rings bad, if still low valve is burner or again lash is wrong (not loose is wrong TDD Firing) means lash is zero or worse
tight.
this is all 100% ASE text book test, for 100 years. not changed.

Where to find speed limiter on gsxf250 suzuki ,MOTORCYCLE.
no yer told 1980 up 2022+, not told moved you form cars to random
gsx250 forum
IN STOCK OEM FORM THERE IS NO SUCH THING.
not told what speed means, RPM or MPH
mph is not limited unless rpm IS.
RPM is engine speed. and RPM limiter only happend on newer bikes. with EFI , via ECU RPM limits in software.
gee no bike told year, nor if there are letters at the end of 250 like R
250R is 2022 made, so there ar e 40 years of this bike made.
on old bikes with a carb
RPM limit is:
bad fuel
bad spark plug
bad carb
hills too high.
driver weighs too much.
the limit is valve float then (valve springs go wacky)
or worse damage .
must be your first bike and no service manual? that tells limit word.
Hi, how much oil goes in the forks of 1982 suzuki gs 750 t
The amount of oil that goes in the forks of a 1982 Suzuki GS 750T will depend on the type of forks that are installed on the motorcycle. It is important to use the correct amount of oil to ensure that the forks are functioning properly.
If your Suzuki GS 750T has standard telescopic forks, you will need to add 10.8 ounces (320 mL) of fork oil to each fork. If your motorcycle has air-assisted forks, you will need to consult the owner's manual to determine the correct amount of oil to use.
To add oil to the forks, you will need to remove the fork caps and use a fork oil level gauge or a piece of wire to measure the amount of oil in the forks. If the oil level is too low, add oil until the forks are filled to the correct level. If the oil level is too high, remove excess oil until the forks are at the correct level.
I hope this information helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Where is the rectifier located on a 2001 suzuki intruder 800
The rectifier on a 2001 Suzuki Intruder 800 is typically located near the battery, under the seat. It is usually attached to a bracket or secured with screws to the motorcycle's frame.
To locate the rectifier, you may need to remove the seat and possibly the side panels. Once you have access to the battery, follow the wires that are connected to it. The rectifier should be mounted nearby and have wires connected to it as well.
If you're having trouble locating the rectifier or need further assistance, I would recommend referring to the motorcycle's owner's manual or consulting with a qualified motorcycle mechanic.

My 2007 King Quad 450 Suzuki will not start with the green start button but I can use the pull rope and it will start and run fine. what is the cause?
It sounds like there may be an issue with the starter circuit on your 2007 Suzuki King Quad 450. The fact that the bike will start and run fine when using the pull rope, but not when using the green start button, suggests that there is a problem with the connection between the button and the starter motor.
Possible causes for this issue include a faulty starter button, a broken or corroded starter relay, or a problem with the starter motor itself. Additionally, there may be an issue with the wiring or connections in the starter circuit that is preventing power from reaching the starter motor when the button is pressed.
It's recommended to check the wiring connections and fuses, and ensure they are all secure and not corroded. And also check the starter relay, it might be malfunctioning and preventing power from reaching the starter motor when the button is pressed. If the problem persists, it's best to take it to a professional mechanic to diagnose and fix the issue.
