The fuse box is located under the seat. To remove the seat, start with the rear seat, using the key to unlock it pull up on the rear seat and pull it out. There are two bolts at the rear of the front seat, remove them and the front seat will pull up and out to access the fuse box under.

On the left "side" of the bike, behind the rear cowel. You might be able to get to it by removing the bolt and spreading the cowl. Remove the seat for more clearance.
