I'd check the battery first. I've seen the post break loose from the batteries in many Sportsters and leave them dead on the road. I've only seen this happen once on a Big Twin. Why? I have no idea. If nothing on the bike works, this may be the problem. If everything else works but it just won't start, I need more information. Does the starter engage and the engine turn over?

the battery is fully charged, there is no electricity being picked up on the bike, turn key - no lights, horn, and no switches work, and bike wont try to start since it has the electric start button. where are the fuses located and is there a kill switch that may have engaged after i road over the bump
There is an electrical panel on the bike. Like I said, I'm not sure but it's either under the seat or behind the triangular plate on the left side of the bike just under the seat. That's where it was on the 2000 models anyway. There are some fuses and a main fuse or main breaker. I doubt the jar of the bump blew the fuse though. It may have caused something to momentarily short and blow the fuse. If you don't find anything there, your bike may have a "lean angle" switch on it somewhere that may have "made". Those used to be on the backside of the oil tank. They weren't the type of switch that you had to reset or anything but it may have made and that might have blown a fuse. I wished I could be more specific but my experience is limited to the older bikes and anything I'm telling you here is an educated guess at best. I hope it helps.

Are you sure the kill switch next to the start button did not get bumped at the bump?
Harley won't start.
