You need to to replace your fork seals. if your not a fairly handy shadetree mechanic dont attempt it yourself because you have to remove the front wheel and forks to do the job.

Seals can become fish-mouthed (if the seal twisted one one side)you would probably have to do them new again.If the shock was scarified or rusty seals get ruined quickly.How much air pressure is applied can also blow them out if its to much.
