Have an old Dynamark riding mower with 8 hp briggs and stratton motor. having a problem getting mower to start. getting gas to the carburator but not to the plug. blew air through block and was getting plenty of air to plug and am getting plenty of compression from cylinder

If the mower starts and continues to run after injecting, you may want to make sure the choke is working properly. If the choke plate is not closing all the way, it will make cold starts difficult.
clean fuel line and carburator out real well with a good quality carb cleaner this should do the trick,take the carb apart to do this check needle valve where gas comes in to the carb bowl it is alot of times plugged up
Drain oil... it is full of gasoline due to a bad float pin and rubber gromet in your carb. When your float pin and gromet fail, gas just keeps flowing into your carburetor, eventually flooding your motor with gas and oil mix.
