2007 Suzuki C50 just stopped while riding

My 2007 Suzuki C50 just stop while driving it yesterday. It felt like either fuel or spark was taken away. All lights work, engine turns over fine, has oil, water. No warning indicators before it stopped. Display in Speedometer is the only thing not working. No fuel, odometer or trip meter readings, just blank. I'm hoping just a fuse, but don't know where to look. Any suggestions?

Had same problem on my 2005 C50, kickstand tab for switch was bent back some. It wore the switch plunger and bike stopped on I-75! I found piece leather or something on the side of the road and wrapped around that bent tab. Bike fired right up and when I got home the tab was bent to close the switch better! That was several years and several thousand miles ago.

SOURCE: No power to the spark plugs

Check first the wire connections to your ignition unit. Are they properly plugged? If all wires are good, try to measure the voltage from one of the wires to the ignition unit while the ignition key is in "on" position. If there's no voltage, have someone check your ECM. If there's a good voltage reading, try replacing your ignition unit with a good one.

Arming yourself with a test lamp made from a 12volt bulb and some flex, Check on the ignition switch for power and chase it through up to your speedo. You will soon find the break.
Good luck.

2005 Suzuki Boulevard C50. It will spin over but it will not crank, no fire on my 2005 Suzuki C50 MOTORCYCLE.

When a 2005 Suzuki Boulevard C50 motorcycle spins over but doesn't crank and there is no fire, meaning no spark, it indicates a potential issue with the ignition system. Here are a few common causes to consider:
1. Faulty spark plugs: Check the spark plugs to ensure they are in good condition. If they are worn out, fouled, or damaged, they may not produce a spark. Replace any faulty spark plugs and ensure they are properly gapped.
2. Ignition coil failure: The ignition coil is responsible for generating the high voltage needed to create a spark at the spark plugs. If the ignition coil is faulty or damaged, it may not produce the necessary spark. Consider testing or replacing the ignition coil if necessary.
3. Ignition switch or wiring issue: Inspect the ignition switch and associated wiring for any loose connections, damaged wires, or faulty switches. A problem in the ignition circuit can prevent the spark from being generated. Repair or replace any faulty components as needed.
4. Faulty ignition control module: The ignition control module (ICM) controls the timing and delivery of the spark. If the ICM is defective, it may not send the signal to the ignition coil to generate a spark. Testing or replacing the ICM may be necessary.
5. Fuel delivery issue: While the symptom you described seems to indicate a lack of spark, it's worth checking the fuel system as well. Ensure the fuel tank has an adequate amount of fuel and that the fuel lines are not clogged or kinked.
It is recommended to consult a professional motorcycle mechanic or authorized Suzuki service center to diagnose and fix the issue. They will have the expertise and necessary equipment to accurately diagnose the problem with your 2005 Suzuki Boulevard C50 and perform any required repairs.

Just replaced subframe connectors on my 2007 gsxr 600. Now the bike will not crank. it seems to not be getting fuel? I cannot figure out whats going on. Any suggestions?

I suspect the side stand switch is not connected. The switch stops the ignition from working as a safety measure; to stop the rider from riding away with the stand down.

My 2007 c50 will not start and in the display it says check.

Most common cause is that the run/stop switch is in the stop position. Also check that the sidestand is not down while the bike is in gear. Otherwise there is a problem with the fuel injection system.
