SOURCE: correct timing chain marks. is a diagram available?

if the timing chain is off i dont think it would run, id suggest getting you're cams checked and reseat your valves, i have the same bike and an electronic copy of a repair manual, not for the exact same bike however. i have not been able to find the correct copy.

SOURCE: timing belt broken on 1.4 vw polo

Theres a good chance that motor is ruined if the belt broke.. I'll have to do some research and see if its an interference engine. if so.. Ya probably gonna need some extensive cyl head work.. I'll get back to ya

SOURCE: just rebuilt bottom and top end cant fiqure out

The ignition timing is CDI ignition, pre-set at the factory. You can't change it. The valve timing is the only timing you can do and that is done by lining up the static cam timing mark and the timing mark on the flywheel.

If you simply installed the cam chain on the gear without paying attention to the position of the crank and the position of the cam then the valves are likely not opening and closing at the correct time. Too far off and the piston can hit the valves and bend them and possibly crack the valve guides.
Check a service manual. Cam chain timing procedures will be shown in the manual.

SOURCE: BLACK LINES TOP AND BOTTOM OF SCREEN (PIC SETTINGS)

This is an aspect ratio issue. On the remote there is a button for changing the ratio to either 16:9 or 3:4. I think it depends with ones remote control but the button has a square as its label. Try looking for it or refer to the user manual. That would be my first guess.

Fuel gage quit, turn signals canceler quit, fuel pump quit, won't start

With the bike turned off, remove the TSM/TSSM. This is the security module. Make the sure these connections aren't wet. And quit powerwashing your bike!

My Mazda 626 is a 2001 LX 4cyl my problem is that the engine turns but won't start it sounds like it wants to start at times but doesent,I've already chekd for spark has good spark I've checks...

and engine needs fuel, spark and air to run. If you are sure you have fuel and spark, the timing is the last thing to check. Your engine is provided with external alignment marks. take out all of your plugs, and by hand, turn your engine over until you see your harmonic balancer (pulley your belt is on at the bottom of the engine/crank) alignment marks meet with the marks on the engine block. Next you need to look at your cam gears. You might have to pull a plastic cover, or the valve cover off to see the cam gears. The cam gears have alignment marks as well. If all marks line up together at the same time, timing is not the issue. the timing belt is an iffy design. The timing belt tensioner could be warn out and only show signs or being warn out every now and then. your tensioner could have loosened up, caused your belt to jump, and clamp back again.

I have a 883 harley davidson sporster, was riding the bike and road over a bump and bike shut down and won't start

I'd check the battery first. I've seen the post break loose from the batteries in many Sportsters and leave them dead on the road. I've only seen this happen once on a Big Twin. Why? I have no idea. If nothing on the bike works, this may be the problem. If everything else works but it just won't start, I need more information. Does the starter engage and the engine turn over?

When does the timing belt on a 2006 c230 mercedes need to be changed

I looked this up and the engine used in this car does not use a timing belt, it has a timing chain, they are only replaced if the engine is torn down to be rebuilt.

Replacing timing chain on ttr 90

There should be a timing mark on the magneto, rotate crank until line is visible thru inspection hole. This will position engine at Top Dead Centre. Have head complete with gaskets, valves, springs and camshft in place and position with camshaft chain in ready position, (you have to hold chain thru camchain opening) Place head on and bolt tight (no need to torque down yet) and pull camchain tight on opposite side to tensioner (fully loosened) and feed over camchain sprocket, take up tension with tensioner screw/bolt. This will have engine TDC with valves closed (as if to fire) rotate engine by hand and ensure tracking of camchain and tension is steady on chain. Valves should actuate in time. Have a close look on camchaim sprocket and a mark of some sort should show against corresponding mark on camshaft journal cuos.
