To me that sounds like a grounding problem make sure all you plugs are plugged in correctly and all frame grounds are secure

SOURCE: I have a 2003 electra glide classic with 2.5 in.

Check the master cylinder to see if the reservior is full. If not, fill with the proper type brake fluid. Then, bleed the master cylinder by loosening the banjo bolt at the end of the master cylinder, pull the lever and hold it, tighten the banjo bolt. Do this until all air is out of the master cylinder. If you still have the free play, a rebuild is required.

If your 2003 model is like the earllier models (I have rebuilt a late model like yours), take the large pivot pin out and the lever will come off. On some master cylinders, there is a snap ring that holds the internals in the master cylinder, on others, there aren't, but you must get the old internals out. Inspect the bore and hone if necessary to smooth the bore. If the bore is badly pitted, replace the assembly. Install new internals and put the lever back on. Fill with the proper brake fluid. Bleed the system of air. Warning, the brake fluid may ruin your paint if it gets on it.

Good Luck,
Steve

SOURCE: how do u take the

There is a row of small screws with nuts on them just below the bottom edge of the windshield. Remove these, the windshield support brackets and the light bar and the front of the fairing should come off.

Good Luck
Steve

Remove front headlight on 2005 ultra-classic

From the front is the easiest way-- 5 screws and it's out. 1 trim ring, 4 flange. The flange is down stream of the adjustment process. It's where the mounting bracket for the light meets the plastic outer fairing.

Good luck, i hope this helps.

CD player not working correctly.

In my experience you may find that the disc has a type of Fog that is not seen by the eye, generated by electrical & heat. You will find it is more noticable in cold weather, early mornings & late evenings. This happens for some reason more on CD's than Mp3 files on the disc. If possible you should also try having Mp3's Vs. CD files as the HD units can read ahead more Mp3's due to their smal file size generally less than One whole CD Wma file elimating alot of the problem & also any jumping. You will also find that you will get approximately 200 individual Mp3's to a standard CD.
Hope this helps,
Alex
