Smack the starter with a hammer or a wrench if the starter isn't turning over then it's bad if it does crank and won't start your CDI may be bad you've all ready replaced the little stuff sounds like it your starter is bad hope it not CD I if it is replace the stator as well and buy them on ebay it will save you a ton of money
Got a 2001 400 big bear has good spark but won't fire off. I was told by a friend that it might have jumped time how would I go about timing this model
Very vague question but I will try anyway if it died at full throttle and won't start again check the copression if it is below 90 psi it needs the top end rebuilt also when u pull the spark plug out look at it if it is whitish and dry definitely needs to be rebuilt running to lean if compression is good carb or electrical problem hope this helps you
