hey there matey,, just to run a few things with,, have u taken the spark plug out and cleaned it up,,try a new plug 1st,, to be sure, or if u have a new plug,, take out the spark plug place it back in its cap and rest it on the cylinder head and either elec start it or kick it over and make sure u have a spark ,, if all is ok on the above,, then turn to fuel and carburetta, make sure fuel is gettin to the carb 1st,, but u say u do eventually gettin it goin ,,then theres a blockage in jets ,,undu the bottom of the carb clean out the bowl, ,in the carb u will see a brass jet, un screw that and the needle guide that the jets screwed in to and using a pin or needle, poke the small hole clean so u can see light threw them,, bung it all back together and pray,, if no joy il get back to ,, ok m8, enjoy

SOURCE: headlight 1972 yamaha 250 yz

You can add a headlight if the type of ignition system on your particular model is the type that will let you. Several different systems were used back then. The proper system will need a lighting coil installed onto the plate underneath the flywheel. The flywheel must be pulled off. You will see a coil there already for the spark. An unused set of threaded screw holes is present, (the same plate was used on the bikes that had a headlight). Just add the coil and now you have power for a headlight.

SOURCE: how do youfind a serial number on a yamaha 125 dirt bike 2004

Should be stamped on the neck of your motorcycle or on the left hand side lower rail. Look on the neck, right side, under the dirt.

Where is the neck? It is the place where the front wheel assembly is fastened to the rest of the motorcycle.

Yamaha pw50 replaced card and throttle cables when I move lever from start to run the bike is at full throttle. why????

What is a "card" on a PW50? I have one here and have no idea what part you could mean. My guess with the throttle is that you have the cable way too tight. Check that first - it is quite touchy, since the idel is also st with the cable tension on some earlier models.
