May not be getting enough fuel, check the filtre in the fuel tank, remove fuel ****,(fuel on/ fuel off/ reserve).( has rubber o ring type gasket), could also be a kink in the fuel line, check or replace spark plug's, you also may need to test your fuel pump with meter, check out intruder alert cafe, lot's of good advice there.

After changing the spark plugs, and riding the bike for about10 minutes, I heard a back fire , and the bike started smoking, and gasoline leaking throught the tail pipes.

When you drove it for 10 minutes did it work & run perfect without any missing? One cylinder possibly started missing backfired and then maybe the carb flooded some how. I would pull both plugs first. Have a look at the plugs, then you will be able to tell which one was missing (wet with fuel). Check compression on each cylinder and then check the carb. I hope this helps.

On 1995 Suzuki Intruder vs805 how do I adjust the split cable between carbs , it has two carbs , the problem I am having is that my back cylinder is loading up and back firing at idle , at low rpms and...

I don't know the specific system, but back then it was common to split the throttle cables with no adjustment. You need to sync the carbs. However- chances are, if you haven't messed with anything, the carbs are dirty. I just had mine cleaned, the bike had sat for a while. The process includes synching them if you take it to a mechanic, but honestly, they probably won't need to do it either, if that's the problem. Trust me though- you mess with it, and it just needs a cleaning, you'll make it so much worse. If this bike sat for a while, I'd look at the cleaning, my guy charges $75 per carb, out the door no hassles. I rode it Saturday, plan on riding it again Friday.

Drain the carb floats and clean with Seafoam. Gas breaks down after about 6 months and the ethanol in the gas coats the carb.

All gears from 1 to 5 are slipping. each gear

does the clutch lever release "sharply" and snap back after engagement? then lean bike over drain about a quart of oil, take off access cover to clutch and check to see if you have any broken clutch springs. if thats looks o.k. you"ll probably need new clutch plates. a real quick check when you ride the bike smell the oil, does it smell burnt? if it does, the plates are probably no good.

Aftermarket pipes bored out, bike hesitates on take off?

Its a matter of preference. You could put the stock pipes back on and have the bike work as it was designed to work.
If you leave the free flowing pipes on, then to complete the package you need to give more air/fuel and step up the timing curve.First it needs to take in more fuel to allow for the better respiration. Second you need to let the ignition take advantage of the new found fueling. If you set up the motor correctly with a better breathing intake and exhaust and utilize the ignition to take advantage of it then your motor will give you better response, more power and more efficiency ( better mileage/ MPG). In short it is one of the cheapest and most dependable performance upgrades ( best bang for the buck) you can make... if done correctly.
