Fork oil change 2005 Suzuki Boulevard M50

SHOULD BE A DRAIN BOLD IN THE BOTTOM AND WILL NEED TO PUMP THE FORKS WHEN EMPTYING.

I am having issues with my 2008 Suzuki boulevard m50 my fuel gauge doesn't work and my Neutral light doesn't work and my horn doesn't work I found a blown fuse and replaced it but that didn't fix it I am need of a oil change Suzuki saids to use 10w40 what another oil would work

There are horizontal lines on the case next to the window for the upper and lower oil levels. Half the window sounds like the maximum level.

20w-50 is a good weight.

I personally use is it my Suzuki, and do many others with the bike.

I have a Suzuki VL800, which is nearly identical to you M50, so the procedule is the same.

Approximately 3.6 quarts of oil (only 3.2 if not changing the oil filter).

Its probably your fuel pump, but the noise should stop after a couple of seconds when its primed. Might want to have it checked.
