SOURCE: Fork oil level: 2006 KDX 200
This all depends on what size forks you have, but a good rule of thumb is 120ml. After that then what you want to do is to ride the bike and make adjustments to your front end until your liking.

SOURCE: 2004 Honda VTX 1300c. How much oil does it hold
3900ml, you should try some of the Castrol V-Twin oil, good stuff.

SOURCE: how to change oil
first you'll need to level the bike the best you can. there is a 17mm nut under the motor, this is your drain plug.
you have a screw on filter the K&N part is kn-204 that is the black, kn-204 is chrome the really nice thing about the K&N is the have a 17mm nut on the end of it so you don't have to play around trying to get the old off ever again. The oil, you want a motorcycle oil as it IS NOT the same as car oil. Amsoil and Repsol both make a really good V-Twin 20-50 oil. You'll to get yourself 4 liters and it'll take about 3 1/2. you have a dip stick in the filler cap, this will tell when your full up. remember to start your bike then check AND top off your bike, ALWAYS check with the bike level.
