So I bought the bike and the previous had overfilled the oil because he had filled it while it was on the kickstand instead of level. So I bought a Tuneboy and received a P0463 error code, which is a fuel sensor circuit high input problem. So I cleared the codes and I still have the error code. I checked the fuses and they all are fine. Is there anything else I should check besides the air filter and how should I go about it?

Only one thing can make this bike run rich - an failure of the air mass flow sensor: if the sensor reports that more air than what is actually coming gets in the engine the ECU will make the injectors pump more fuel which will make the mixture rich. If an injector has slightly bigger tolerances than the norm then it will deliver slightly more fuel than a normal one - this could make the mixture go too rich to light up and the engine will run without that cylinder: this is what's happening in your case.
You must replace the air mass flow sensor - it was already reported as failing by the ECU - now it has failed for good.
You will have to replace the fuel pump also - if it draws so much power that it triggers a failure warning then it's completely worn out.
