FLHRC axle nut torque

Any body know the Toque tightness for this axle nut

Harley manual says 60-65 ft lbs... do NOT exceed this or wheel could seize

SOURCE: torque specs for 04 electra glide front axle and

55 ft lbs on front 95 to 105 on rear ft lbs...Fork Cap just tighten it down real tight. I never bother to torque them. they have a lock washer. the one to the rear for some reason ALWAYS gets loose and should be checked say every 1000 miles. Never found one that came off they just get looser where as the front one stays tight.

Axle nut torque 2020 street bob

In my day, we only used torque wrenches for cylinder heads. Axle nuts are just done tight with a standard socket bar.

Rear axle nut torque for an 09 Dyna is 95-105 ft lbs.
Don't know for sure if they are the same size rear axles in 08 and 09 but I believe they are the same.

i usually put lock tight blue on them and tore to 65 ft lbs the nut on the axle i usually tore to 50- 60 ft lbs no lock tight

there is no toque setting on wheel nuts, if they are comeing lose then check the threads and replace the nuts with new ones, maybe check the rims you have on the car, are they standard if not then they may be the problem.

Axil torque for a 2007 roadglide

On the front, 35-40 ft lbs, be sure to use a blue lock tight or lock washer. On the rear, tighten the rear axle nut snug to where the cotter pin can easily go through the axle and slots on the nut.
