Has anyone had problems with this bike starting when its cool or wet. I have severe problem that needs resoved any one with any ideas. The automatic choke was replased with no help.
The bike is prone to fooding of the engine and is made worse by the cold. i´ve had this problem too so don´t use the trottle when starting and it should start fine. ,,,

Check the spark plug first, for carbon, wet. For the time being, use one step hotter plug to guard against fouling. 2 smoke motors when run at lower speeds tend to be easier to foul a plug.
You need to be a little more descript . Is it still an air lock? ,is it fuel starvation?, is it a poor electrical connection?.......One thing is for sure Hari it WILL be something ridiculously simple, it alway's is.
Did you pull the carburetter off and clean it out also? If the bike was still running it has probably got a belly full of water. Great work on dumping and refilling the oil. But you need to check your carbs and your air filter. If the air filter is wet it will run for a little while then stop. Also check your spark plug and leads make sure they don't have water in them or haven't corroded.
So make sure you have good air, spark and fuel delivery.
if the clutch burned out it must have been slipping causing lots of heat inside were the starter is, all this extra heat wont do the starter any good at all, if its still under warrantee get it back as its clearly not right,, not at all like bmw?
The clutch in your bike is a wet clutch. There is a lot of hyrdostatic friction even when the clutch is released completely. I think a large factor is the type, age and condition of oil. Perhaps something as simple as an oil change would help.
The refrigerants in these units is R-22 But there is no reason to think the system has a leak. You need to confirm that the comprerssor is running. This requires an ammeter. If you don't have one call a technician.
FIRST thing to check is spark plug ,make sure it is sparking ,if it is and is wet change the plug .If plug is dry it could be the carb needs cleaning out if it has beesn stood for a while
