How do you get at the battery in a 2003 Suzuki Intruder?

Take off battery cover - two bolts. Take out two screws, one on each side, located near top of battery case. There was another bolt, I do not recall where. No need to remove the ones from the bottom. With the bolts out, the case will swivel a little toward the front tire. Then slide out battery.

eBay has the service manuals, and occasionally has an owner's manual. The dealer should be able to order one for you.

Personally, I'd opt for a service manual. Much more informative.
