Had the same problem on my 2003 years ago, and corrected the issue by replacing the wires in the headlight shroud and the connection plug. (Wires were somewhat fried for some reason, and were reducing voltage at the terminals, causing a high current condition.

Your Dynamo is giving more current than its supposed to resulting in blowing up the fuses when the bike is speeding. Either change or repair the armature..............................sodeep
you have either a bad ground or you have to much of a load on one circuit make sure if you have any extra trinkets on your bike give them there own line also check your switches on your handle bar something could be touching in there losing a fuse ussally means bad ground or power wires touching
