Floor boards on Wide Glide

I called a place ( hogpro.com) about wheels for my 07 fxdwg and talked to the guy there. he said a 180 will fit with no problems and a 200 will fit in the swingarm and fender, you just have to center the wheel and deal with the turn signal brackets etc. Does anyone know where i can get a set of rear struts that are just plain with no recess for the turn signals that will bolt on to the stock bike? I am gonna try the 200/55-18 this winter on a 18x 5.5" wheel.

I have an 05 Dyna Wide Glide with forward controls. I want to add floor boards to give me a more upright body position for long trips. Where can I get floor boards that bolt to the existing mounts on the frame?

I have floorboards on my 02 WG - both rider and passenger. The passenger boards are HD. The rider boards are these: (about half way down the page - Adjustable Floorboard Kit - part number is CS190505) http://www.cas4.com/Forward-Controls...oorboards.html Easy install - remove the footpeg, bolt the floorboards in place. I'll see if I can find some good pics of my bike with the floorboards installed.

WILL GAS TANK AND FENDERS OFF A 1998 FXDWG FIT ON A 2000 FXDWG @

Hi, Robert parts swapping is common with most motorcycles when it comes to interchangeable or compatible parts from one model with another "EXCEPT" for the CDI's they are year-make-model "SPECIFIC" the best thing to do is call your local Dealership Parts Department or a reputable independent shop. If your location is not near a shop then go online and find a parts catalogue or "FICHE" and match part numbers depending on your criteria.

2010 Harley Davidson FXDWG Dyna Wide Glide rear wheel diagram @

Hi, Diane for this scenario you will need your service manual that has all fastener torque specs -fluid capacities and a wiring diagram on the back pages, parts fiche, and owners manual if you can not find the best tool you ever bought for your Harley, despair not, for a mere zero $0 you can download another one.

97 fxdl, difference between narrow/wide glide componants

You need the complete front end including the wheel. The FXDWG is somewhat of an oddball in that a lot of parts fit only that bike. A lot of other parts will not fit a Wide Glide. This even applies to the exhaust system.

Measure the diameter of your upper fork tubes, they're 39 mm tubes. The Wide Glide uses 41 mm tubes. The Wide Glide also uses a 21" front wheel.

Does any one know if progressive shocks off a 1997 dyna wide glide will fit a 2003 dyna wide glide.

They should fit, just measure the length of the shock from eyelet to eyelet. if you don't have the measurements of the other bike just call a local dealer to find out the standard length
