Bike is all stock except its missing the bar ends, it has a aftermaket set on it that are real light i no the stock bar ends had some weight to them would that cause it to shake? This is what it does if i take my grip off the bars at a low speed it starts to shake but as soon as i put any kind of pressure back on the bars it goes right away any ideas?
Thinking like anna14 if you have good tire pressure, good steereng bearings, good balance tire, you need to control the tingtening torke of the steering, suzuki said when you adjust it and you feel close make an 1/4 of circunference more, other thing to control was the oil size in both sides, and if your fork have regulations make sure are the same in both, the weigth is no problen because rece fork are more ligth and no have that sintoms, if you desarm the fork make sure that the spring are good and same armed in both arms of it, and the las solution put an fork dumper and finish.ciao amigo
Tire pressure, steering head bearings, wheel balance, jacked up damper... Those are my ideas, in that order.
