Take a compression test of all 4 cylinders.  A large decrease in one cylinder would suggest a blown head casket or cracked head.   Is the a loss of power?

Good news would be head gasket, bad news cracked head. It's liquid cooled.

My Ford Windstorm Has White Smoke Coming Out Of Exhaust,ConstanLy,Thick White smoke

White smoke is an indication of water in the exhaust. This can be from condensation in the muffler, but that type of smoke usually dissipates after a minute or two of running. Constant, thick white smoke is usually a sign of water leakage into the combustion chamber(s), either via a blown head gasket, cracked head, or cracked block.

Will only stay running on revs over 2000rpm if I take foot of peddle it cuts out also white smoke from exhaust

What is year--make--model?
Are you losing coolant? The white smoke may be coolant in the combustion cylinder, possibly caused by a head gasket problem. If head gasket problem, fix that first.

With idle issues, clean/check anything that has to do with idle air system. Any applicable trouble codes?

Why does my 1975 Jeep Cj spew white smoke from it's exhaust?

white smoke is probably steam, which could mean a blown head gasket, cracked head or other expensive problems :( I would watch the coolant level closely, it could also just be condensation collecting in the muffler.

2004 Dodge Ram Backfiring and blowing Muffler

White smoke....Means a Blown Head gasket.. Now its not bad enough to stop the vehicle from running but its bad enough, to blow out white smoke..now sooner or later it will stop completly, but you dont want to warp the cylinder heads too bad, then you will have to replace them also, so you might want to fix this problem as soon as possible...and the muffler keeps going bad, becasue it is filling up with coolant/ or too much water, which it is not designed to do..You also maybe doing damage to your cat. converters also...so be careful....And Goodluck, and keep me posted...
