Chain cleaning .I hear lots of things about this subject...I'm trying to get a variety of opinions about products to use...especially "cleaners"...WD -40 or not? silicone lub? give me your suggestions...I dont mind spending the money or time to do it right...no short cuts for this investment!!!!

The only thing i,ve found for cleaning a chain that doesn,t damage the O/X rings is parrafin.Other cleaners seem to use addative that damage rubber

In the long run... get an automatic chain oiler. You´ll have to clean your rear once in a while, but its much easier, than maintaining your chain. It´ll be cheaper, too. Oh, and your chain will last longer as well!
