Question about Suzuki Motorcycles
What is the fork oil capacity or level for a 1978 rm400? @
Hi, Ken for this scenario you will need your service manual, parts fiche, and owners manual if you can't find the best tool you ever bought for your Suzuki, despair not, for a mere zero $0 you can download another one.

SOURCE: Front fork oil capacity
its 350cc or 11.8 ounces in the Clyma book, but that's for a 1986 onwards model. you can vary the amount you use to suit your style of riding anyways. I doubt it would be that far from the mark.

Use Yamaha suspension oil #01. Amount is 19 ounces. Oil level from top surface w/o cap nut is 3.15" to 5.51". I am sending you a link to a site where you can download a free shop repair manual. It is actually a bit complicated as you will see in the manual.
Top rating due on this one! Thanks!
