heyii there is a shaft coming ut of the engine crank that connects to your transmission shaft which drives your gears and hence wheels.. so your 2nd gear must have worn out and for that reason the gear isn't working well.. get your gear box opened and check the gear.. Your regulator/rectifier has gone faulty, it is common for this part to go, it usually fries the wiring and battery.

Replace regulator/rectifier, replace melted wiring, replace battery aslo if fried.

Spark plug wires

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Almost always, seated on the bike the lefthand ignition coil supplies cylinders 1 (extreme left) and 4 (extreme right) while the right hand supplies the mid 2 & 3.
