SOURCE: Where is the oil pan plug located on a 1999 Harley

No oil pan plug, it is a sump system. Just find the oil tank, drain it, change the filter.

SOURCE: How do you remove the tour pack on 2007 Electra

Disconnect all of the electrical connections including the antenna wire from under the seat going to the tour pack and then remove the four nuts under the tour pack which holds it to the mount. At this point, simply lift it off.

SOURCE: no oil pressure for my 2005 Harley-Davidson Ultra

camplate check valve sticking, good time for an upgrade SEcamplate, hydraulic camchain tensioners, high volume oil pump, comes as complete kit for about $420. add another $150 for adjustable pushrods and never worry about it again,or replace the existing component youd save maybe $180 bucks but youll be back
thats why they changed the camplate and tensioners in 07, I just did the complete conversion on an 02 heritage it costed with labor about 1100 in your case your looking at 7 to 800 dollars just to get you going for another 30 or 40,000 miles or less and then do it again Im for a 1 time fix myself

SOURCE: I need to know where the oil drain plug is on a

The oil pan is on the bottom of the transmission. Look under the transmission and you'll see two drain plugs. The one closest to the front left corner is the engine oil drain. The one closest to the center is the transmission drain.

Good Luck
Steve

2004 Harley-Davidson FLHTC/I Electra Glide Classic. Is there somewhere I can find a free wiring diagram for rear lights. Had a burnt blinker module to replace.

Question edited for a lot more clarity, full 'year make model'.
Question moved to model category.

Harley Davidson has a beautiful wiring manual, but they only show 2 pages!

This is partial diagrams. The HD Forums are great.

How to make gas quit licking from the cobrater

If you are saying that the carb is leaking fuel the petcock could be bad and not shutting off when engine vacuum is removed by shutting of the engine or the needle and seat might not be closing off due to defect or float level improper. Need to advise when the leak is occurring etc.

2005 ultra classic efi. Back fire thru throtle body during cold start up. Engine light comes on for about 1 sec. After bike gets warmed up runs fine.

This is caused by a lean run. Did you change pipes or the air filter to a hight flow filter? If so you would need to have the bikes ECM flashed to richen the air fuel ratio or instal a unit to do this yourself. A power commander is somethink most of the riders I know use. If none of these apply to you then you will need to check the bike for an intke leak as this can also cause a lean running engine
