Does the front and rear light on the right side come on when you activate the switch ?
If a light is out the system won't flash.
If one side comes on and the other does not, the problem is usually in the turn signal switch.

I have a 2002 Park Avenue my turn signals do not work my flashers work

Turn Signal/Cornering Lamps
The HZDT/SIG fuse in the fuse block - underhood - left supplies battery positive voltage to the turn signal/hazard flasher module and have ground at G202. The turn signal lamps may only be activated with the ignition switch in the ON or ACCY position. The T/SIG fuse in the fuse block - underhood - left supplies battery positive voltage to the turn signal switch. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, current flow is from the turn signal switch assembly to the turn signal/hazard flasher module. The turn signal/hazard flasher module then sends an on-off voltage signal to either the left or right turn signals and their instrument cluster (IPC) indicator. When the hazard switch is pressed, all the turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn signal indicators. The left turn signals have ground at G106, G400 and at G402. The right turn signals have ground at G105 and G400. The turn signal switch supplies battery positive voltage to the cornering lamps, the left cornering lamp has ground at G105 and the right cornering lamp has ground at G106.

94 park ave right & left turn signals not working after changing bulbs

check the fuses, if that is not the cause, check the voltage at the bulb socket. If the voltage is ok, you have a bad ground. If there is no voltage, check the flasher and if that is ok, check the turn switch.

Right signal dont work

Did you try replacing the bulb? After doing that check your fuses. If all else fails consider buying a replacement headlamp assembly. Or it may be a problem with your column switch.

My left flasher stopped working suddently

If the right flasher is working and the left flasher is not, that should be a burned out light bulb, either front or rear. (outside)
If you will wait until it is dark, it is easier to diagnose.
After dark, turn on the right turn signal, then look carefully at the brightness of the front and the brightness of the rear turn signal. Now, turn on the left, and again observe the brightness of each. One of the bulbs should be out, or not as bright as the other side. That is the bulb you will need to replace.

Left hand park lights not working on my 1997 Buick park avenue

Parking lights are directly linked to your turn signal circuit. Start looking at wheather you have turn signals as well.

Everything but the right blinker works, yet the mechanic says it's not the bulb or fuse. Says I need a new multi-function switch. Is this right?

i think i would try a turn signal flasher first, it is behind the dash to the right of the steering column.

99 park avenue turn right side turn signals inop does it have a relay and were is it located

If the left side still works, its not the blinker relay, the thing you hear ticking. Both left and right signals go through the same signal stat. Turn on your hazard flashers and make sure the bulbs on both the left and right side come on. If the do, you may have a problem with the turn signal switch on the steering column itself. If only the left comes on, it could be bad bulbs on the right side or a wiring issue. Wiring issues are more rare on Park Aves.
