SOURCE: 91 kx 250 torque values

Engine Top End:
Auto Decompressor Bolt 104 in·lb
Cylinder Head Cover Bolts 87 in·lb
Cylinder Head Bolts: M10 36 S
M6 104 in·lb S

the S in that means the specified pattern ... just like tightening car tire bolts... please note all that it its INCH lbs....

don't know why it says just 36 for the M10 bolts unless they left out inch lbs

Anything else let me know as i've got a manual for the 250 f... actually i've got a few different ones

Robert

Please take a moment to rate this solution as i've taken a few minutes to find the manual thanks

Need to know the valve clearence on my 2005 klx 125

Here is some rule of thumb specs
intake should be between .003" to .005"
exhaust should be between .006" to .008"
When it's set right, it should feel like pushing a butter knife through butter right out of the fridge, also be aware that sometimes the lock nut can either tighten the clearance or loosen it.. This is a job to really take your time on

2009 kawasaki klx 250 - need correct procedure for front wheel removal

•Using the jack under the frame, and stabilize the motorcycle.
Special Tools - Jack: 57001–1238
•Loosen the left and right axle clamp bolts •Unscrew the axle nut . •Place a stand under the engine to raise the front wheel
off the ground. •Remove the axle, and pull out the wheel. Take off the
collars and caps from each side of the front hub.
CAUTION
Do not lay the wheel on the ground with the disc
facing down. This can damage or warp the disc.
Place blocks under the wheel so the disc does not
touch the ground.
•Insert a wood wedge between the disc brake pads this
prevents them from being moved out of their proper position,
should the brake lever be squeezed accidentally.
Front Wheel Installation •Apply grease to the seals. •Fit the projection on the cap to the groove on the collar. •Install the caps , collars on the left (longer collar)
and right (shorter collar ) side of the hub. •Insert the axle from right side. •Unbolt the right and left axle clamp bolts temporally. •Tighten the axle nuts •Tighten the left axle clamp bolts.
Torque - Front Axle: 78 N·m (8.0 kgf·m, 58 ft·lb)
Left Axle Clamp Bolts: 20 N·m (2.0 kgf·m, 14.5
ft·lb)
NOTE
○Tighten the two clamp bolts alternately two times to ensure
even tightening torque.

Looking for procedure w/ torque specs for removal and instillation of front and rear tires on a 2006 kaw concours . all lube types and such

Removal and installation of bike tires is not easy for the do-it-yourself non mechanic. The likelyhood of putting some really good scraches in the rims is about 100 percent. Let the shop do the tire switch and then you can ride with pride. The dealer will gladly advise as to lube types and torque specs for free.
