Question about 2007 Kymco People 150
I bought a 2006 Kymco people 150 and the speedometer/odometer and the digital clock don't work. The turn signal lights and the fuel gauge do work, however. I understand it's hard to tell, but could this be an electrical problem, an odometer cable problem, or do I need to buy a new speedometer instrument cluster? @
Hi, Colverfb for this scenario you will need your service manual, parts fiche, and owners manual if you can't find the best tool you ever bought for your Honda, despair not, for a mere zero $0 you can download another one.

I had this exact same problem on a hipster 125, it was a faulty regulator module ( mounted under the seat) I also found a short circuit (somewhere) in the wiring loom between the regulator output and the chassis (probably what killed the regulator in the first place!) I cut and replaced the entire wire to save removing most of the loom and after testing reg to ensure it was dead i fitted a new one (about £60) bike charges and runs like a dream now even with fully lights approx 80% of the time. good luck

Check your fuses and if they're good, check the connections at the far end of the battery cables. If they are clean and tight, check the battery cables themselves for continuity. If all of the above are good, start troubleshooting from the keyswitch back. If you know which terminals to jump out at the keyswitch for the lights, jump them out; if the lights light up, suspect the switch.
