Even with a new battery when you press the start button nothing happens except the turn signals all light up. Is this a relay? If so which one? Before this problem it seemed to be very hard to start almost like it has to much compression. What gives?

Sorry should your thread say clicking but not turning the engine over? A battery may show a 12volt dc voltage on a meter, but not have enough amperage to turn the starter-engine, when you press the starter with the lights on are the lights affected, do they go dim or remain unafected? At the starter solenoide with the ignition turned off bridge both the thick starter leads with a pair of insulated pliers, care must be taken not to make a spark, so pliers on and the engine should turn over, if the engine does not turn over then it is likely the battery has insufficant charge or the starter it self is not working, you should next try a new sorce of power, power pack, or jump leads from another battery before making your asesmant, on purchaseing a new battery, good luck paul
