The timing is not adjustable
the rotor rest on a keyway on the crankshaft.
the pick-up(signal generator) rest outside the rotor.
the pick-up send the signal to the CDI
the CDI send the signal to the corresponding coil pack.
which fires 1&4 cylinder coil pack, then 2&3 cylinder coil pack.
theres nothing to sync.

Now if your refering to your carbuetors, you can sync those.
On the bench:
Basically sync the carbs so the butterflys all open and close at the same time. turn the idle srew in so butterflys will start to open and you can see daylight through them.
measure thebutterfly opening height in each carb,if all the same its synced
if they are different, turn the adjusting screws slowly and in small increments to achieve the same measurements.
On the Bike
must have a vaccuum gauges also called manometers.
hook up the manometers to your carbs and run at 1500-2000 rpm
adjust the carb butterfly ajustment screws in small increments while watching the manometers vacuum gauges, adjust untill all the same level
should be somewhere between 14 - 18 cmHg
sometime the outside carbs run different then the inside carbs
if they do, adjust the outside carbs equal and inside carbs equal.

Hope this helps you out.
Best Regards
Big Al

I need to know the sincronization on a time chain for a nissan mazima 97, engine 3.0

The camshaft inner chains have gold links on them to line up with the mating marks on the camshaft inner sprockets.
The Main Drive Chain has two blue links that line up on the camshaft outer sprocket mating marks and a gold link that lines up with the mating mark on the crankshaft sprocket.

this is a very big job, I have the same car, it is located at the bottom rear of the engine, you need to remove the timing chain housing, timing chain turns the water pump, and also remove the exhaust manifold, takes no less than 6 hours in a shop on a lift

I need a diagram to sincronize the timing belt of my isuzu tropper 3.2 sohc

if this is 6VD1 engine it has single cam gear each head, but is still a 2 cams per head, engine
if belt has broke or you have turned any gear you must remove rocker covers to check positions of camshafts front lobes are in certain spot as well as timming mark on belt driven cam gear to cover
this cam gear is a 3:1 ratio (3 turns of cam gear = 1 turn of cams)
