Hi there i have a jinlun 125 jl chopper style which ive chopped a little problem is i am new to chopper build and have put all back together and it is looking very nice the problem is when i have put the carb back on after cleaning im not sure where all the lines go i have one which is fuel which goes to the petcock and two vent lines directly under the carbs that leaves one left sitauted in the middle of the carbs when i blow down it it relises fuel is this a vacum line ? if so where the hell does it go because theres only one nipple on the petcock ? any help would be much appreciated.
SOURCE: Fuel leak where fuel tube goes into carb.
Turn the petcock valve off and the flow should stop. If the fuel line is long enough, cut the broken line just above the break then re-attach to the nipple.

I have an 89 Katana and don't know where the two vacuum lines on the top of the carbs go
SOURCE: 82 gs 550 two nipples on petcock and one nipple on
is there one bigger then the other on the nipples. If so the one bigger is for the carb fuel and the little one should run down the left carb, betewwn the front of the carb and the carb mount.

Have you pulled the line from the petcock and checked for fuel when you turn it to on or reserve?
If you have fuel flow then maybe the floats are stuck blocking the fuel from filling the bowls. Tap on the float bowls with the handle of a screwdriver. Also if your carbs have a drain screw on the bowls open them and see if fuel starts to flow.
I don't recall if your bike has one, but I have seen few carbed bikes with electric fuel pumps as well. If yours has one then that is for sure something to check into.
