sorry.. i don't know off the top of my head but super simple way to check.. get an electrical tester that pierces the wire and turns on a light.. ($5 at walmart--seriously) turn on left signal, check the wires.. the one that is flashing is your left signal... so on and so forth..

(this tool will be super handy in the future also)

:)

Turn signals on an 09 are 3 wires:
Black: Ground Blue: Running light
Green or Brown depending on L or R: Flash.
Although I'm not 100% positive, I'm pretty sure they didn't change wiring color from 08-09, the only real change made between the 2 year models was significant ECU based detuning, for at the time, new emissions standards. If your wire colors are different then look at the 3 wires going to a R blinker then at it's paired L blinker. By that I mean look at either both rear or both front not one of each. Which ever wire color is not black and is present on both sides will be running light or constant on. The wire color that does not have a match on the opposite side will be the flash.

Hi i need your suggestion about replacing the wiring harness. complaint is MIL glowing contineouslu ,and tested with scan tool.it shown as fuel heater problem and 1 st glowplug fault .dealer says...

There is not much information to go on. You didn't say what your vehicle is, what engine it has. Judging by what you wrote, the dealer got a fault code for the glow plug, but didn't change the plug. Instead, they want to put in a new wiring harness, even thoughthey got continuity. I think you need to take your vehicle someplace else and have a qualified mechanic look at it. At least, put in new glow plugs to see if that helps.

I was told by the Nissan Dealer that it was impossible to fix my 1992 Maxima. Unable to find Wiring Harness/Engine Harness. Do not have time to look for one. In addition, they initially told my car was...

you need a pot of coffee and google, just start searching and keep searching for it and you will find one somewhere. the dealer is basically being straight with you. how much do you want to spend to fix a 500 dollar car? spend a thousand dollars and get a 99 model.

Need to rewire entire jeep

If you want to rewire the vehicle, assuming that you will not be changing any systems, you can usually find complete new wiring harnesses from both the dealer and from aftermarket selllers like Quadratec and JC Witney.  Buying the complete wiring harnesses will be alot cheaper and less time consuming than trying to make them yourself.  These wire assemblies are just a plug and play deal, you disconnect a harness and replace it with the new one.  They may even include some instructions. If you need further assistance with custom wiring or diagnosis, I would recommend getting the service manual for the vehicle from the dealer or used ones from eBay ($30- $100).  The factory service manuals have complete wiring diagrams and schematics as well as full diagnostic information.  These service manuals are NOT like the ones found at your local parts store (Chilton or Haynes).  The factory service manuals are like complete blueprints for a car.
