I bought a bike thats repainted and i don't know which way to turn the fuel off or on reserve

You can try calling the local Suzuki service department and ask. They should be able to look up the information and let you know. This bike should also have an oil filter that you will need to change as well, so a stop by the dealer might be better. Try e-bay to see if you can find an owners manual or a service manual. If you have a motorcycle wrecking yard near you they might have an owners manual as well.

do they have a fuel tap??...is it not a warning lite that comes on...in the clocks to tell you you need fuel??

F-I is fuel injection system telling you to clean air-filter,fuel-filter and clean the fuel injector system. This is a good start.
