No, You need to get the specs on that bike, and see what the standard bore is on it. It may be that your standard bore is 45,and the cylinder needs to be bored out to accept a new oversize piston.
The standard bore is 45.00 the next size piston i see is a 47.00 they dont make any smaller
45mm is 50cc,and 47mm is 70cc if im not mistaken.
There are 3 sizes that i have seen for that bike. The A/B which is stock, the C/D which is 1mm over, and of course the E/F which is 2mm over..47mm.
The 45.00 is standed bore and the 47.00 is the oversize bore pistin size for a ktm 65
Yes,i know. But there are several oversizes available, and no need to bore it out 2mm the first time unless the jug is badly scarred. Several companies offer oversized pistons, such as wiseco, namura, and many others. They are available through most motorcycle supply stores like Chapparal,Ron Ayers, etc.
Try rpmmfg.com. if you dont see the size you need, call them and they will hook you up.

SOURCE: Can I bore My 2001 yz 125?
It would be best to take it into a shop and have the machinist check it out before buying any parts, he should be able to guesstimate the amount of over bore required if it is at all possible, once you have this information, you can source the nessessary parts.
some of these type of parts are non returnable, best to play it safe.
hope this is of some help.

SOURCE: have h-d screaming eagle stock bore high
You are now going to be at a 10.5 CR, you cam will determine your dynamic CR. Watch your cylinder pressure as a result of your cam choice also.

SOURCE: My cylinder got gouged by the piston. Can I bore
It depends on how deep the gouge is. Having it bored and a new oversized piston may set you back more than a new stock piston and cylinder.
