How to test a starter relay solenoid on a 1500 Suzuki intruder @
SOURCE: fuse box
The main fuse is under the panel on the right side behind the forks and the rest of the fuses are in the crank case under the cover...where you fill the oil.
SOURCE: 2001 suzuki 1500 intruder won't start. replaced
Could be a bad starter push button, poor connection in wiring, bad safety switch.Need to track down with voltmeter if you can.
A good dealer may offer some help if you buy the parts needed from them.

You need to buy a volt meter and set it on 10, or 20 v-. Start the bike and see what it says. A good charging system will show 13-14+ volts. If the meter says 11-12 volts or does not change, you have a bad stator, or rect/reg. Take to a shop to have it further tested. Chaz Moto DC
